Quality assurance (QA) is a review process used to determine whether a procedure or operation results in the appropriate output.  This is a service utilized both internally, as well as by our campus partners.  QA work being performed ensures our projects and processes have successful outcomes and also assists in identifying issues that may require additional review or modifications.  Please contact our office if you would like more  information or resources.
